Before you book — a few things people usually ask

- No. Turnswing operates on a month-to-month basis. If it’s not working for you, cancel with 30 days’ notice — no penalties, no clawbacks. Your QuickBooks file stays yours.
- What actually happens on the call?
- We spend 30 minutes reviewing your current setup — QuickBooks, A2X, Shopify payouts, and what’s causing the most friction. By the end of the call you’ll know exactly what’s broken and what a fix looks like. Whether you work with us or not, you’ll leave with clarity.
- Is this just a sales call?
- It’s a discovery call. We’re evaluating fit on both sides. If we’re not the right match for your store’s volume or complexity, we’ll tell you that — and we’ll tell you who is. We don’t close anyone who isn’t a clear fit.
